Physical Therapy
Our Church Street Physical Therapy Center is located in the same building with physicians' offices. A
large number of patients prefer on-site rehabilitation, enjoying the close proximity and availability of
physicians. This setting allows for clear communication between the doctor and the therapist which
enhances patient care. However, patients are seen by referral from any licensed physician. More
detailed information can be found on the SOS Physical Therapy information pages.
